  • Why haven’t I received my voucher yet?

    To receive a voucher for your referral, the person you referred needs to purchase a policy and complete their 2-week cooling off period. Because of this, there can be a delay between you making a referral and receiving your voucher. This can be due to:  

    • A gap between a referral receiving a quote and deciding to purchase 
    • A gap between the purchase and start date of a referral’s policy 
    • The legal cooling-off period following the start date of an insurance policy 
  • Why has my referral been unsuccessful?

    Here are some of the common reasons, why a referral may be unsuccessful: 

    • We were unable to get in contact with the person you referred 
    • They chose not to get a quote from Kingsbridge  
    • They already had a quote open with Kingsbridge prior to your referral 
    • They chose not to purchase an insurance policy from Kingsbridge 
    • They already held a policy with Kingsbridge 
    • They opted to cancel their Kingsbridge insurance policy during their legal cooling off period 
  • Why can’t you give me an update on my referral?

    Due to data protection regulations, we are unable to supply any details relating to another customer. However, if you confirm the name and email address of the person you referred, we can investigate and get back to you with any information we can.
