Sure, getting value for money on your insurance policy is great. But the whole point of buying insurance is to be there in case the worst does happen. But according to a recent survey, just 49% of customers believe that their insurance policy will be responsive to their basic needs.

Meet James!

All our claims are handled by our in-house Claims Manager, James Morris. James has been an integral part of Kingsbridge Contractor Insurance since its inception, working for the company for over 16 years. How does the claims process work?

Claims are usually reported to our friendly customer service team, who would collect the basic claims information. This, along with your details and policy documents, will be sent to James so he has everything he needs in one place. James will then contact you to gain a full picture of what has happened and will then work with you through the whole claims process, engaging with the insurers on your behalf and keeping you up to date with the progress of your claim.

How can I make a claim?

If you need to make a claim, please just give our friendly customer service team on 01242 808740. They will take a few details of you, before passing you over to James, who will then be with you throughout your claim, and speak to Zurich on your behalf.
